The Eaton Fuller RTLO-18913A (also known as RTLOF18913A, RTLO16913A and RTLOF16913A) is the current updated version of the 16913 series. It is a heavy-duty 13-speed with double overdrive (0.86 & 0.73) and 2 reverse ranges. Remanufactured in Mansfield, Ohio by Discount Parts Exchange - DPX. Every unit is completely torn down, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt with new Fuller synchros, bearings, and seals for maximum reliability in over-the-road and line-haul applications.

Key Operating Notes:
- Pre-select range shifts — move range selector before moving the main shift lever

Use Eaton PS-386 approved synthetic SAE 50 manual transmission fluid (e.g., Roadranger SAE 50). Do not use engine oil.
