Shipping Policy
At The Reman Center, Inc., we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped out the same business day or the next business day, depending on the time of purchase.

Please note, custom orders may take additional time to process and ship.

Smaller Packages:
We primarily use UPS Ground Service for shipping smaller packages.

Larger or Heavier Shipments:
For larger items, we utilize LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers such as FedEx Freight.
LTL shipments can only be sent to commercial addresses (no residential deliveries).

Orders over $300 in value are typically shipped insured to protect your purchase during transit.

International Orders:
For all orders outside the United States, including Europe and Canada, a placeholder shipping charge will appear at checkout (typically $1.00). This is not the actual freight cost.
After your order is received, we will calculate the actual shipping charges based on destination, weight, and dimensions. A separate invoice will be sent for the freight amount.
No international orders will ship until full payment — including freight — has been received.
