All surplus part sales are final. We do not accept returns unless we made an error in identifying the part.

While we do our best to list accurately, some surplus items are identified using third-party or online sources — and occasionally, that information may be incorrect.

Please confirm part compatibility before ordering.
If you're unsure, we strongly recommend calling us first. We own the parts we've listed and can verify part numbers, measurements, etc. However, we cannot verify fitment, as we are not authorized OEM dealers — these are surplus parts.

⚠️ Note: This return policy does not apply to remanufactured units.
Remanufactured transmission, differential, PTO, and transfer case support is handled by phone only, with troubleshooting and warranty assistance provided directly.
