The Dana N-400 is a forward rear tandem axle differential used in Class 8 International/Navistar trucks. This model features an integrated locking power divider (inter-axle differential lock) for improved traction in demanding on/off-road conditions. It does not include locking axle differentials.

Each unit is remanufactured in-house by DPE using a combination of high-quality OEM and aftermarket parts. Carriers are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt to factory spec, with internal components verified for proper backlash, seal integrity, and gear mesh.
