The Eaton Fuller RTLO-18918B (also known as RTLOF18918B, RTLO16918B, RTLOF16918B, RTLO16718B, and RTLO20918B) is the current updated version of the 16918 series. It is a heavy-duty 18-speed with double overdrive (0.86 & 0.73) and 4 reverse gears. Remanufactured in Mansfield, Ohio by Discount Parts Exchange - DPX. Every unit is torn down, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and synchros for reliable over the road and heavy hauling performance.

Key Operating Notes
- Pre-select all range shifts — move range selector before moving the main shift lever
- Do not move range selector while splitter is in High (H)

Use Eaton PS-386 approved synthetic SAE 50 manual transmission fluid (e.g., Roadranger SAE 50). Do not use engine oil. Maintain proper level and service intervals per Eaton guidelines.
