This is the standard Fuller logo style shift knob (not the printed shift pattern version). It features a comfortable ergonomic pistol grip with a reliable black range selector flipper for Hi/Low range selection on the auxiliary section. (The version with the printed shift pattern is S2543.)

How the A6909 Roadranger Valve Works

Low Range Operation (Range Lever Down)

Constant air pressure is supplied from the slave valve to the Roadranger valve inlet or "S" port (1). In LO range (range lever down), air passes through the lever and out the Roadranger valve outlet or "P" port (3).

High Range Operation (Range Lever Up)

In HI range (range lever up) the lever prevents the air from passing through the Roadranger valve. Air pressure which was in the outlet line (3) is exhausted out the Roadranger valve "E" port.

9 & 10-Speed Roadranger Shift Pattern

Important Fitment Note

This A6909 knob is for standard 9 & 10-speed Roadranger transmissions only. It is not compatible with RTLO-10 speeds or Super 10 transmissions (those use the A-6910 shift knob).
